  We went for brunch to celebrate my aunt’s 60th birthday, and it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we sat down, James, our server, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He checked on us frequently, paid great attention to every detail, and made sure our entire order was exactly right. His attentiveness and positive attitude really made us feel taken care of and added so much to the celebration. What made the experience even more special was that Victoria the manager also came over to check in on us. She was incredibly sweet and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. It’s clear that the team truly cares about providing excellent service. Thanks to James and the entire staff, my aunt’s birthday brunch was memorable in the best way. We left feeling happy, appreciated, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

  The service was friendly and attentive, the food for Easter brunch was absolutely delicious 🤤. Definitely pricey but worth it. The only thing that could have been done better was our lobster Benedict, the hollandaise was described as spicy it was not. It was under seasoned, came out cold and our pouched eggs were almost raw. The drinks were so good, the calamari, sticky buns, fruit, focaccia bread, waffles all were excellent!

  This is one of our Italian favorite places in Las Vegas. At the Green Value Hotel Casino Resort, this place's atmosphere is incredible and customer service is outstanding. Have you been in Capri Island before? No? This is the place for your to be at... Hope this help people to make a good food and environment choice.

  Amazing brunch with unlimited mimosas. Food served family style and delicious! Wait staff was on point! Appreciate James for putting up with our group of 6 of us for almost 4 hours 😍

  Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located inside Green Valley Ranch Casino in Henderson, has a beautiful atmosphere and is a great place for a relaxed meal. • The spaghetti and meatballs were excellent—rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. • The crispy calamari was light and crunchy, making it a great starter. • The beef carpaccio was fresh, delicate, and very well prepared. • The atmosphere is very nice—stylish, comfortable, and perfect for a casual but upscale dining experience. • The service was okay and could improve a bit, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
