  Very rude and rushed in drive thru 😒 and then when they parked us she specifically said to park in the handicap stall? Smh won't be back to this location 😒

  Went to Bojangles for the second time because my first experience was not bad however this time was a different story. The employee who was working was horrible... his vibe told me he didn't want to be there and was very annoyed. Any question I had he would tell me to "look at the menu". Didn't want to explain any of the menu and had an expression of annoyance on his face just for asking a question 😅. After receiving my meal I asked for bo sauce and he tried to charge me $0.75/ each when its offered complimentary with each combo. Dude really tried to hustle me over sauce.. crazy. Definitely won't be returning...

  First and Last time I eat here. The staff were amazing and helped me with recommendations. The food however was too salty. Only thing that was great was the sweet tea.

  I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent drive-thru order. Despite the line not being busy, my order was incomplete and poorly handled. ​Missing Items: One hashbrown was missing from the final bag. ​Food Quality/Presentation: My bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was incredibly sloppy. The wrapper was not secured, and the ingredients were falling out and scattered across the inside of the bag. ​The drive-thru attendant encouraged me to take this survey, and I hope this feedback helps the team improve their attention to detail and packaging standards.
