I used to love this drink, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering it again. They really need to make sure their staff is properly trained to prepare it correctly.

I ordered a custom cake for my son’s birthday, and when I went to pick it up, the decorations were absolutely atrocious. For a $50 cake, this is completely unacceptable—where it was supposed to say 'Mason,' it looked like it said 'Moron.' The manager was so unhelpful—at first, she said they would give us 50% off, but then later, she said they would only give us the senior discount of 15%. The manager wasn’t even there, so she couldn’t offer me a refund and just said, 'We’ll take care of it tomorrow.' We ended up having to get a different flavor from another Baskin-Robbins. This was a complete disaster, and I will never return.

I see that some renovations have been done which had me excited but the amount of time you’ve run out of the core flavors (namely chocolate) is astounding. I get it, stuff happens. But it feels like over 30% of the time I walk in there I’m turned away because they’ve ran out of chocolate. This isn’t some mom and pop joint. Having all 31 flavors at a place called 31 flavors seems like a no brainer. Also my shake is wildly inconsistent. I hope with the renovations comes the ability to keep stocked ice cream at the ice cream place.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
