  Came in on Friday. Food was cold. Called to let them know. I was told they would replace it. I went back the next day with cold food intact and in hand. Miguel said they couldn't replace it without a receipt because I could have gotten it from another store. I asked for the store manager. They were not in. I asked them to call the manager. Now he was suppose to be the manager on duty but some short woman told him not to call. Fine, so I asked for the managers name. That request was denied also. Nor did they provide a customer service number when asked i was referred to Google. Keep the $10 I will not return to any Arbys ever.

  Tried their Meat+3 Special. Had the Fish Sandwich for my Meat, plus 3 sides, and a drink, a lot of food for me. $7.99 can't be beat! The fish could have been flaky but it wasn't. Curly fries could have been crispy but they weren't. I might do this special again when I'm hungry and need to fill my tummy. Otherwise...

  When we came for a week long Vegas vacation, we had to stop here because we don't have an Arby's near my home in SF Bay Area anymore which sucks. The one in our town closed. Now our nearest one is about 45 mins driving distance in Tracy, CA. So after our Bacation time was over, we stopped on our way back to Cali & grabbed a bunch of food for us and for our family back home. >We Ordered: -8 Regular Roast Beef Sandwiches -2 Chicken Sliders -5 Piece Chicken Tendies and -4 Piece Potato cakes. Almost none of the food was hot, I will go item by item. >ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES= They were not even warm. The buns were cold and the meat was equal to, or less than, room temp. The meat portions were not good compared to every single one I have ever gotten in the past. I know shrinkflation is a thing, but they had about half the meat I an used to getting. We were pretty darn disappointed w/them since these RB sandwiches are the reason we came >CHICKEN SLIDERS= They were warm and tasted really good. >CHICKEN TENDIES= They were the only item that was hot, HOWEVER they were frankly kind of gross. They tasted like Cinnamon and we could not even eat them. We emded upnthrowingnthem away. Idk what is on their desert menu, but they're definitely frying up some type of desert in the same oil. >POTATO CAKES= They were just warm but they did taste good. I mean you cannot beat a freshly cooked potato cake, since they are THE BEST but these were alright but we had wiched they were fresher. They were probably cooked about 20 mins before we got em. I haaaate doing it, but we would have brought some of the food back, but we were running behind and needed to get on the road back to CA. Although it was not the worst restaurant experience I/we have ever had, it was certainly the worst Arby experience we had ever had. It was disappointing. At this point, it is what it is. We may give them one more chance next time we come to Vegas(Henderson) since we dont really have other Arby's options in the area or on the way(as far as I know). We certainly hope for better next time. (The picture was from right after we got on the road back to home)

  Ditched the long line at another restaurant and dropped by here. Great service and fresh food. Kimo helped us and was super courteous. Will need to add this location to my list of go to restaurants.
