  The rudest customer service I have encountered.. Will be looking for new location. This is not the first time either. Usually it’s the older blond lady but today it was a blond girl I haven’t seen before. Hopefully Corporate sees this!

  I went here for the first time in 20 years and got basically what I expected. The sprite was out, and the “classic” sandwich was nothing but bread and lukewarm, pale beef. I took one bite and spit it out immediately. Absolutely disgusting.

  Why would Arby's not want more money? I bought the meat & 3 meal after I saw it advertised on TV. Thought what a great deal. I know there are limited items that are already part of the meal. I wasn't changing the items I just wanted a larger size. I asked for a large drink and was willing to pay the extra money for my upgrade and I was told I could not because it wasn't part of the meal. Huh? So there is no option to pay for an upgrade? Apparently you don't want my money. Thanks Arby's. Great customer service!
