  Tried to send an email to keep this private, but the email address from your social media account is invalid. As a Fresh Pass member, I just wanted to share with you the (lack of) quality I received in the Signature Select Brand Cobb Salad I received a couple of hours ago. It has been refrigerated since it was delivered, so I can only assume the very old, undesirable iceberg lettuce was placed in this container deliberately. If this had remained in the store until the Best By date of 4-8-2026, it would have been entirely inedible. This is not the first time that salads have been delivered with a large portion of the lettuce wilting, rotting or otherwise inedible. Other "fresh" produce has previously been less-than fresh. In this same order, the Signature Farms Veggie Tray was unsealed along one side, with some of the vegetables laying in the bottom of the grocery bag. I am seriously considering opting out of Fresh Pass at the end of this subscription period as I am a mobility-impaired senior citizen who relies on grocery delivery that does not waste my money.   This store is a mixed bag. Mostly because of their poorly managed checkout stands. This is without exaggeration because whenever I have been in this Albertsons, it is always 1 checker or no checker. I mention it to them, for future ref, but they still dilly dally around and the service remains the same every-single time. - I really don't think manager cares if there is only 1 checker or no checker, because it's always the same. U complain, they don't react. Tonight I go in for milk. No checker at 730PM. Then I have trouble with the self checkout kiosk. I look over and there are (3) employees literally standing at checkout 5, yapping. I ask "hey, why is there nobody on duty at the checkout". The girl replies, because "he had to use restroom". Like I'm supposed to feel guilty for them being inconsiderate or something. 1st, I appreciate a dude needs a break, but that's when you step in and give him one. She was so rude and did not care that I'm doing her job, at no discount and bagging my own stuff, while 2 of her colleagues and her get paid to shoot the breeze. So inconsiderate and lacking, then trying to make others the heavy when they are not prepared to, nor do they care, to provide good service. Most employees here are usually friendly but really, the overall store mgmt is clueless about the lines and lack of attention to service. I spoke up tonight. Won't be going back. Smith is a lil farther, but better service. Always a checker.

  The bakery has the worst customer service on earth. They let you stand there for an hour waiting for service. Pretending they dont see you. This is EVERY TIME. I buy a lot of cakes here. Its every single time. Im forced to get the cakes here or trust me, I would be going somewhere else.
