- DMDawn MapleFeb 16, 20261.0My experiences with this store are numerous. My biggest issues are meat prices, how they list their sales, and the cuts of meat. T-bones are just that, T shaped bone, not l- shaped, the ribeye steaks, bone in, are called eye of rib, and the weekly ads are misleading when you get it home and realize how much bone, fat and grissel content. Then there is the watery blood from the meat. So out of 3.5 lb. Mega pack on sale, by the time you eat it, was $44.00 for 1 1/2 of meat. Hasn't any others wondered why everything is sold bone in? You can't ask for the above mentioned steaks and find that specific "cut of meat", you can't get a person to find the cut of meat, and the watered down meat is hugely different than Walmarts cuts. You can't weigh you meat out and order, and you can't ask the butcher to grind up a cut of meat you picked out, because they take it in the back and pick crappy meat with more fat, and you know it isn't the package you gave them. Dewey is the only one that will do that. I've seen things returned that was opened and returned by another customer, and lots of ugly produce. Conveniently, this store doesn't have the same perimeters as the chain, so any complaints are useless.
