  I was on vacation in Nevada and decided to stop by a Taco Bell along my journey. In the UK we have Taco Bell, sure, but this location really opened my eyes to what an amazing experience it can be. I was served with such politeness, kindness and thoughtfulness when I couldn't find my wallet in the establishment and one of your workers (Caiden, I think her name was, apologies if i'm wrong) was so helpful in making sure I stayed calm, didn't panic and helped me find my wallet which had fallen onto the floor while I was ordering. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Caiden for helping me out and for saving my vacation, not to mention a fantastic dining experience

  fernley taco bell is a very terrible place to order from. simply put their food is sad soggy and the customer service is like trying to talk to teenagers who have no idea what theyre doing which is exactly the case. they also have people harassing my father in law on facebook because he spoke the truth behind some anonymous username.

  Sage, faith and Carson were very kind and helpful. I had an issue with my order and they saved the day. They are my hero’s. I didn’t have cash to tip so instead I’ll write them a good review. Upper management needs to give them $35 per hour frl
