  Our first time to Pizza Factory here in Fernley. We were highly impressed. Pizza was delicious.

  I was overcharged for over $867.87 for 3 medium pizzas, I have been to bank, to pizza shack & treated very unprofessionally, rudely & it’s unacceptable. It’s a shame these young girls are in places of management positions they are clearly unqualified for. The job they have. They have NEVER asked me any questions about how this transaction to get to the root of things. can be fixed, but say 8-10 business days & it should be handled. I am now done speaking to the young rude ladies & it’ll be addressed by store owner. I’m sorry that Sarah is too busy to deal with it. I guess she doesn’t understand I expect all over draft fees to be refunded due to her mistake. I will be happy to tell owner how disrespectful these girls are. None of this was ever necessary. Tomorrow I’ll return to back & press charges if necessary

  The pizza here was amazing , they really cook everything with love .. yes it's under new management , but they are getting better

  This pizza just sucks there's no way to put it. I orderrd a BBQ chicken pizza and they somehow put the chicken on before the cheese. The pizza and the garlic bread is overcooked. The garlic bread has almost no seasoning on it. Very disappointed 👎
