No notice. No explanation. Just “we’re not serving food.” That’s unacceptable. If you’re going to advertise being open, then be open. People rely on that — especially late at night. Gas, time, and effort were wasted for nothing. I contacted customer care and received a generic apology saying it would be “escalated.” That doesn’t fix the inconvenience or frustration. Do better. If you’re closed or not serving food, update your hours online so customers aren’t driving out in the cold for nothing. Very disappointing experience under the “Golden Arches.”

Or, they forget basic items that come with the meal you ordered. How do you consistently mess an order up through the app?
