Today the “Great Value“ Shift Lead Morgan served me up a fresh hot plate of disrespect and the foulest taste of customer service I’ve ever experienced tonight. I would hope it’s not because of the color of my skin but it’s hard to say. I asked her to kindly make lemon pepper wings and she tried to convince me to believe that I ordered garlic parm, when I hate garlic, so when she makes my correct wings she not only over sauces the wings but gives me two extra packs for kicks and giggles and was the only one laughing. I really can’t understand how she has had this job for so long reading all of the bad reviews that she has gotten. I live less than a mile from this establishment and I would really hate to go to the other guys for my pizza but at this rate, I might just stop eating pizza altogether. I asked for corporate’s number and she simply said “Google it” Then I asked for the asst managers name and the disrespectful LITTLE GIRL told me that she Doesn’t know if she can get out that information so she didn’t. a little message to Morgan because I know that you’ll see this “if you don’t like your job quit”
