  Mediocre pizza at best. Tried four pizzas (to go) for a family get-together. Service was ultra slow. Had to repeat my order no less than four times, in person, and they still got one pizza wrong. Crust was a bit underdone in the center on three of four pizzas. Sauce was very underwhelming, with no discernible character beyond basic tomato. No basil or garlic to give it any sweet or sharp punch. Toppings were average quality. Overall, a dry pizza without character, undercooked, unsavory, and unworthy of a second visit. Nice people run the place, but they're not pizza people by any stretch. I ain't going back. Kids with undeveloped palates might like it, but if your tastebuds made it past nine years old, you really don't want Pizza Factory. Edit: thank you for the response, but maybe respond when you've actually improved your pizza? Just a thought. How would I know to give your restaurant another try if you haven't told me you changed anything? I'm sure you'll do just fine without my business. Plenty of people like bland, underdone pizza.

  We usually love their pizza. Make sure you look at your pizza before you leave with it. Both pizzas we ordered were very burnt. To the point you couldn't eat the crust. They knew they burnt them and never said a word about it when I picked them up.

  The pizza is very good. The service is always pleasant The atmosphere was good. The restaurant was about half full. If you decide to have some very good pizza, tell them David sent you.
