  I haven't been to an Arby's in at least 10 years, and rarely eat fast food in general. I stopped at the Fallon, NV location to try the macaroni and cheese. I was told that, unfortunately, it was not currently on the menu. I had to wait a few minutes for a fresh chicken patty to be made, which, of course, was no hardship! Customer service was fantastic, friendly, and prompt. This location is the cleanest restaurant I have seen in the 5 1/2 years I've lived in NV (uncleanliness is why I don't typically eat out), and definitely the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Counters, tables, seats, floors, the women's restroom, and the patio were all very clean. Everything was well stocked, and neat. There were no unpleasant odors (not even in the restroom), and the kitchen area was amazingly clean with efficient workers that you could hear interacting well with each other. When I sat down to wait, Thomas brought me my meal (which was surprisingly beautifully and neatly boxed), was cleaning tables and sweeping, and even checked back in later to ask how everything was. I observed other employees cleaning and prepping things also, keeping busy despite me being the only customer in the restaurant. Overall, I honestly didn't feel like I was eating fast food. I felt like I was eating at a sit down restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious, and I'm blown away by my experience. I will definitely be back now that I know I have a clean and safe place to stop and eat when needed, and I can rest assured in quality food and service. Thank you so much to Thomas and the rest of the staff that was working this evening at around 6:30pm, Saturday, January 3, 2026. I appreciate the food, service, and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and please pass this feedback along to the team, management, and corporate.   I went through the drive-through and got lunch and dinner for my workday. It only took about three minutes to order, maybe five minutes to get my food. The young lady at the window was super nice and professional for a fast food place. I would rather go to Arby’s than Burger King or McDonald’s

  We were served today by Marilyn, she has such a genuine smile and positive attitude. She was a breath of fresh air after an incredibly long drive!
