The customer service was awful, especially from a short woman who, besides not speaking English, treated me dismissively and acted like she didn't want to be there. This isn't the first time I've had issues there, and unfortunately, the food was raw— the chicken wasn't cooked properly! I definitely don't recommend it."

The food was simply unacceptable—my beans, rice, and steak burrito were served cold, which is inexcusable. The place was clearly understaffed, with only three employees and a manager trying to handle a rush of in-store and delivery orders. As a result, everything felt chaotic and neglected. The food prep area was dirty, and I even saw meat sitting in the broiler, just waiting to be cut, which didn’t inspire any confidence in freshness or food safety. Considering the high prices, this experience was even more disappointing. I’m not usually a fan of Chipotle Mexican Grill, but this was far worse by comparison. It’s not surprising that other locations in the Las Vegas area have been closing. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t be optimistic about this one lasting either.

Ordered online, waited till I got the notification my order is ready and drove 20 mins to get here just to wait another 40 minutes 🤨 staff don’t know what they’re doing and no coordination hence the wait time to get my food. Want to be nice so bad but it’s ridiculous that people who got there and got in line after me got their order first. Edit. Finally got the chance to eat the food. After taking a couple of bites off my burrito, I looked and realized the chicken was raw. Another edit: I took the burrito back and the manager (long braided hair, younger than the rest of the staff) got upset at me for bringing the burrito back and even more so when I asked for a corporate number just in case if I get sick, instead of giving me any contact info, she gave me the number to the store which they don’t answer since I called prior to returning to the location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
