    I usually never have issues at this chipotle when it comes to customer service, but there is one Asian lady with black hair who is very nasty. Whenever she checks us out she ignores us, gives us nasty looks, and is overall very unhelpful.

    Awful, I do not recommend. I ordered a SALAD that had only a small handful of lettuce then had mounds of rice and beans placed on top of the lettuce, which welted the lettuce essentially cooking the lettuce. And when you order a salad thats not what you picture at all. I also ordered chips and tomato salsa not realizing that there was at least a tablespoon of flake salt in the bag. Yuck! Not a very nice surprise when I dumped the reminder of my chips in the same bowl as my 'salad' so very unpleasant. I paid over $30 for this bs. I expected my first experience with this place to be better. Will never order food again from Chipotle.

    AVOID!!!! Zero starts on all levels! We had same experience as all the other previous reviews! Should have checked the reviews before going. Was expecting consistency from Chipotle like all the others— but no! Shocking!! Rude workers, dirty tables, meat and beans were out one hour before closing.
