  What kind of restaurant makes you pay at a kiosk with a Card but refuses to provide a receipt. Either somebody doesn't know how to do their job or somebody has something shady going on.

  Been here a couple times through the drive through never had an issue getting what me and my significant other had ordered in the past until the last two times we went. Not to make a big deal about food especially fast food, but when you expect to get the thing you order and you dont its frustrating to feel like dude what am I paying for. They gave us the wrong order the first time, and this last time we just went. When my significant other went back inside to inform hey we got food we did not order, simple thing spicy nuggets instead of the regular ones. Think it would be simple to fix. They dump the food into one fryer basket from one of the little holders, and go to the fryer basket next to it and put the same food back in, the regular. Hand it back. I understand if your busy, but its irritating to think were stupid enough to not notice and hand us back the same thing. And walk away smirking like you think its funny. And from working in the food industry if your out of something, say your out and just be nice about it. Its the customers fault if they get angry at you over it. But if you dont even tell them if you are even out how can you know. Its more frustrating to just be told. "Yea its what you ordered" and it not be what you ordered. Going to the other wendys next time. I have no idea if anyone else has had this issue, its simple but irritating when its been more than once.

  If I were the owners. I would highly consider giving my employees a moderate-generous raise for their outstanding service in the drive thru and kitchen.

  Arrived at Wendy's looking to enjoy a peaceful meal. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, it was a scorching sauna. I mean, I know it's cold outside but be reasonable of your heat settings. Anywho, walked up to an empty counter with a sign that said, "Kiosk working" So went to the kiosk and placed my order. No receipt given as it stated it would be given with my food. I went to the counter as stated on the screen, and the funniest moment happened. All the employees at the same time looked up and just stared at me, like they were wondering who in the world I was YET not one person said hello or even greeted me. I chuckled at this. My food was finally done and I was called. Food was delicious. No problem there at all. Just don't expect any service.
