- JRJeronimo RovariniApr 10, 20264.0The star they missed it’s because the guy who take my order couldn’t understand nothing what he saying to me, he was smiling all the time, which is good, but not enough for communication. Thanks to the lady manager (I guess) he help me out whit the process. Food and drink were really good!!!
- ICIan CollinsMar 30, 20261.0Today was my first and last time in a Panera. I ordered an Iced tea and a Green goddess cob salad togo, $20! The guy at the counter gave me a cup, so I made myself an Iced tea and patiently waited for 15 minutes. I sat there watching the guy working move Bagles around until finally another customer came in, ordered, walked to the other side of the restaurant and walked out with his bag of food. I got up to investigate only to find a bag with my name on it sitting under the heat lamp. I felt pretty stupid wasting that much time and wish someone would have told me where the pick up window was, or maybe just brought me the bag and said thank you. Oh well just not my cup of tea anyways.

- DADonna ArmsterMar 11, 20261.0We spent $41 today and received 1 mac and cheese in a cold bowl that was cold, a hot sandwich that was not hot and an asian salad with no dressing, we asked to speak with the manager and she walked up to us with this "what" attitude and seemed annoyed we were telling her the issue. She offered us nothing just a sorry about that and some comment about getting alot of complaints about her employees. No wonder this Panera has a very low rating, should have looked before going in. Not going to be trusting any Panera for a bit too expensive to gamble on wether the food will be edible.
