  If I were the owners. I would highly consider giving my employees a moderate-generous raise for their outstanding service in the drive thru and kitchen.

  Arrived at Wendy's looking to enjoy a peaceful meal. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, it was a scorching sauna. I mean, I know it's cold outside but be reasonable of your heat settings. Anywho, walked up to an empty counter with a sign that said, "Kiosk working" So went to the kiosk and placed my order. No receipt given as it stated it would be given with my food. I went to the counter as stated on the screen, and the funniest moment happened. All the employees at the same time looked up and just stared at me, like they were wondering who in the world I was YET not one person said hello or even greeted me. I chuckled at this. My food was finally done and I was called. Food was delicious. No problem there at all. Just don't expect any service.

  First off, I really like Wendy's burgers. They have some pretty decent food, in my opinion. I have to leave a reduced review for this Wendy's though just based on the customer service. I will say that there is one lady that works there at the drive through that is really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I have been there multiple times and the lady at the drive through mumbles so bad that you cannot hear a word she's saying. After multiple times saying "I'm sorry, what?“ she speaks up clearly, but then goes back to mumbling. At the window she was extremely unfriendly, and again mumbling. If you're working the drive through, you should have basic communication skills, and have some basic customer service friendliness. This has happened 3 or 4 times over the last month. It's gotten to the point where if I get to the drive through and I hear her on the speaker, I will leave.

  They didn't have sodas the food was cold, then they would not talk to you, they make you use the kiosk, I think their manager needs fired
