This evening I decided to go again and give it a second try. Terrible decision. I asked for a bowl with steak and the worker proceeded to say, “we don’t have steak right now.” Mind you we went around 7oclock and Qdoba doesn’t close until 10pm. She didn’t offer a second option or offer to make a batch if we wanted to wait, she just looked at me with a blank stare. I didn’t want to ask if she could make some because I feel like a worker with good customer service would offer to make some considering they had 3 hours until closing. I decided to get chicken as an alternative, it was burnt. I walked back to my car to see that 4 other people parked to go inside Qdoba to probably be disappointed like myself.
