I thought going after seing the commercials and all the fancy things behind it... well its fast food like here is your buzzer go sit down kind of thing .... was weird and wasn't expecting that. Wish I knew bc for the 2 of us that went we spent 50$ i would of went to olive garden and had a sit down for a little more haha!!! But I'm not 100% disappointed wasn't bad food. But wasn't what we were expecting and I had been wanting to try panara for 4 months.... so yes the let down is there a little
