  God the tuna sandwich I just got was horrible hardly any tuna on dry disgusting bread ! Very disappointed!

  The service left something to be desired. Although I was the only one in the store the team could care less I was even there. I was notified one of the items I wanted was discontinued, no problem. Although my to go food was done very fast when asking for a to go bag the employee just put the bag on top of my items. And said it if I wanted napkins then I can reach over the service counter to help myself. Not only is it not ideal but also not sanitary. The other location in Carson that closed down to we much better.

  I order here probably once a week and the staff is SO nice. I hope they know their jobs matter and they are appreciated. Food is always consistent also

  We order sandwiches almost weekly. The people who work there are Amazing! Tim is a wonderful sandwich maker and the rest of the staff is absolutely wonderful too! It's my favorite location to buy sandwiches. There's another JJ but this one is our go to spot. The sandwiches are yummy and well made. Their customer service is awesome! Thank you guy's for being a great place to get a delicious meal and for having the best customer service!

  Went to north Carson store 2 weeks ago around 6pm. Was told the dining area will close at 6:30. Ordered, ate, and left by 6:20…no problem. Went back last night (12/21) before 6 pm and was told that the dining area was closed. The sign on the door says open til 9pm. The 4 of us walked out and went somewhere else.
