The atmosphere caters to teens and is run by teens, but they do a great job and it’s always a lively, fun stop. You can order regular coffee and coffee drinks, but they have a fun and extensive menu selection.

Dutch had there cute little Christmas ornament cup up for grabs and allowed people to have one for every large or medium drink they bought. People got them by the handfuls while others in line waited patiently. Just to be told after handing a handful to the lady before that that they were now out. It was like if they got rid of them fast the crowd would slow down. I was very disappointed to wait for nothing. They should allow one per transaction or one per person. Greedy people at their best on a black Friday and employees seemed overwhelmed. Now people online are all trading to try and have the whole set of three while other wasted their time. Oh and I was there by 12:30am and it started at 10am per their post.
- KSKayla SmileyNov 16, 20251.0barista at the window was extremely rude when my friend and i came to the window didn’t greet us, i said hi very respectful and received a disgusted look, no thank you no how are you and when she handed the drinks to us we politely said thank you she said “ya” as walking away not even looking at us. we knew from the moment we interacted that she was being rude this is not who should be representing dutch bros as a barista this is NOT how customers should be treated. i didn’t catch the name but it was at around 9:30AM on 11/16 and she was working the window.
- HNHeaven NievesNov 16, 20251.0i went through the drive thru and got to the window, the girl working the window at 9:35 was completely rude. my friend waved and said hi, we weren’t greeted with a smile just a “is this all you got” and i said we also had a mistletoe energy and she gave me dirty looks then handed the drink out and i said thank you and she said “yeah”. literally do better i also work as a barista and that’s no way to greet any customer especially when we did nothing to upset you or disrespect you. ditch look into your customer service because it’s terrible.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
