She confirms I paid and the guy doesn't even apologize for accusing me of not paying. On top of that the malt tasted watery like they diluted it with water. The place has gone down hill the last few years, not as good as it was before.

I’ve personally gone through drive-through twice and usually employees from anywhere will actually try their best to lean out and help hand you things. This place and these people, nope. Instead the window opens and you can barely reach the order. Last time I went the drinks fell on me. No I don’t go in because what’s the point, people like that won’t care about your complaint, but hopefully the big wigs will. I’m just here to give everyone else a heads up. Too bad they weren’t better at customer service, doesn’t seem like they’ve been trained well and should probably find something else.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
