The number of times the order had been made wrong, not made a half hour later, lost, or stuck in limbo is always. I have NEVER had a good experience with this location. I will be going to Human Been from now on, thank you, I like their service much better than yours! Now I will actually order a coffee along with my kid and they will be getting our generous tip đ oh and if you refer me to your customer service team, don't worry I tried that and it was as dumb as you!

This is probably the best Dutch Bros in Carson City. The other two need a little work lol thank you so much for being so cheery and making my day.

It now takes over 20 minutes each morning to get my coffee in a line of 2-3 cars. This is not a one time thing or else I would not leave this review. I'm hoping someone on management or the franchise owner sees this. Not posting it to be mean. Hoping they can get back on track. Love Dutch. Will try again after a little time away.

Can I buy stickers?
Weâre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itâs easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereâs no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youâll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youâd like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenât able to take drink orders over the phone, but weâre excited to serve you! Donât let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
