  I spent 80 bucks in the drive through and had to go through 3 times! and they still messed up my order and gave me all the wrong sauces and then when I asked for the right sauce they said they were in a sauce shortage and gave me one of what I asked for but gave me a whole bag of the wrong ones wth

  Drive through. Didn't realize how small the classic is. Bet the whole thing weighs less than 4oz.

  We got there a little before they opened and waited outside until they unlocked the door. Then after 10 am the door was still locked. we waited then this rude employee opened the door, saying it was unlocked, it wasn't. Then the rest of the crew followed and was very rude the entire time we were there. we wont be back and will spend our money elsewhere.

  Went through the drive thru, ordered basic Arby's roast beef sandwich up size to half pound version I generally ask for four or five Arby's sauce with a sandwich this size, I was informed I would get two due to a shortage, the drive-thru lady apologized, I said it's going to make for a very dry sandwich, not sure if this is a cheapskate owner or true shortage. Arby's needs to fix this immediately or they're going to lose a lot of customers. I won't be back.

  I got to thus specific Arby's all the time and today i ordered my food 2 sandwiches and when I asked for Horsey sauce and Arbys sauce I was told I'd be charged. I assumed maybe for any extra but no I got ZERO PACKETS. Charging for sause packets that have leas than 2oz of sauce to that are also signature sauces for their signature roast beef is just ridiculous!!! Out of curiosity I went onto my Arbys app and made an order with sauces included and my total price didnt change. So I chaulk that up to the young man was just too lazy to have to grab sauces to put in my bag... Very disappinted if thats the kind of people Arbys is hiring.
