- AIandrea ivieNov 6, 20255.0The food was good. The Bo-berry biscuits are a must try! Peach cobbler was ok. Aria took our order. She was super friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. She came to our table and asked to take plates and asked if I wanted a to go box. I think this is unheard of at a fast food place! She also said the boxes can be tricky to fold and feel free to come ask for help. After having bad experiences at other places this was so refreshing. I even heard the staff discussing how things are supposed to be done and they weren’t complaining. Great staff over there. It seems since Covid, people have lost a sense of what real customer service is. So many people seem grumpy, unfriendly and act inconvenienced for simple, bare minimum tasks that are required to do their job. Thank you again Aria, keep being you, you are going to do great things with your career, whether it’s with Bojangles or somewhere else! Rockstar attitude.
