I usually tip $1 per sandwich because at least you are tipping someone who actually made the food. I pof bt card in the drive thru and planned to give a cash tip but I noticed the total was higher than the screen quoted. Looked at my receipt and the worker helped themselves to a 20% tip. So whatever, the location was still more convenient and they had new staff when I went back. Give them another chance since it’s close. I ordered a garlic roast beef off their “premium” sub menu cant remember what it’s called. I get the sandwich and there are only 2 razor thin slices of beef on it. Most of the sub was only 1 slice thick with a small area of overlap in the middle. Felt like I was eating a vegetable sandwich. It was laughable how little meat there was. This was off their premium menu remember that was advertised as 33% more meat than regular subs. Never going back a single sandwich combo was $18. I don’t mind paying more for a quality product but you can’t skimp on everything AND charge more there’s just no value there. Stay away.
