  Order double cheese small pepperoni and mushroom. The cheese was nonexistent. Crust was quite brown dry bite. First time there but will not order again. Telephoned store, young girl said the usual ignorant thing “sorry about that”. Nothing else, don’t go there. I had better with frozen store bought

  I order every single Friday . I’d like to think that I’m a GREAT tipper too. I’ve been told that when my address pops up the drivers have a friendly competition to bring my order because it’s a guaranteed tip. I order kind of late on Fridays because I work late and when I got the wrong chicken wings at almost midnight on Friday, I tried to call them and they didn’t answer. I tried to put the note on the mobile app and there’s no way to get a credit. I put the incorrect chicken in my fridge and brought it back on Sunday. I simply asked the manager girl (who’s notorious for having an attitude towards everyone) she said that’s too bad I didn’t get a hold of anyone at midnight Friday night/early Saturday morning and she won’t give me a credit . I said seriously? I order 52 Fridays a year for 5 years and she didn’t care whatsoever and looked at me like I did something wrong. She acts like it’s our fault as customers. This young skinny white chick with the glasses is awful. She doesn’t take any responsibility or accountability. Kind of stupid to not fix an order because they didn’t answer the phone. all I wanted was a credit for my untouched chicken wings that were clearly wrong. I’d think that if somebody order every single week they would want to fix the order to continue getting thousands of dollars a year from this one address and the fact that her drivers get a good tip. This girl (everyone knows who I’m talking about) is miserable and nasty .

  Bubble everywhere on my pizzas multiple sizes so it was not just one type of dough. They were not very helpful trying to get it resolved finally just asked for refund and proof of voided payment.

  We haven’t ordered pizza here for several years because the staff was so rude and the pizza was just so-so. But our last encounter was very different. A fella named Tony took my order over the phone. Tony was patient, kind, and generally outstanding! Then when the order was delivered to our home, it was again Tony who delivered. Fifteen minutes early! Pizza was very hot, and food was better than the past. Tony! Good job!!
