This looked like a new establishment. I ordered a chicken burrito supreme and medium drink. The burrito was room temperature, not hot. As a former restaurant inspector I would have thrown out the food items, especially the chicken for not being the minimum 140 degrees. This restaurant gets one star for unacceptable food safety practices.

Ordered in drive through. Paid, was told to go around to front. Food took 20 min to come out and no one was in front of us. But 3 other orders after ours was brought out before ours. All I got was a quesadilla and soft taco.

The manager here at the time of our visit treats his employees like garbage. He is a heavy set man with glasses and while we were there we heard him talking down to his employees like they were stupid with the least of his words saying " who in there right mind would do this with the tortillas. This man was creating a hostile work environment and if I ran this taco bell I would talk to his employees asking them how horribly they are treated and either find a new manager or fire him. He himself got our order wrong after yelling at them. We were traveling back home from Vegas and this is the worst I've ever seen someone treat his employees as a manager. I wouldn't support this particular taco bell until he learns how to respect people or they find a manager that can properly train and motivate people instead of making them feel less than especially when he can't even get it right

Taco bell turned away paying customers after a late night of driving. Person inside ignore my wife who was waiting to have her order taken at the front instead of the kiosk and was told to leave the store. My cat shadow never got his taco because of this. 0/10

I never thought I'd say this but it's literally cheaper for 2 adults and 1 child to eat at McDonald's then it is to eat at the Battle Mountain Taco Bell... 🫤
