- RSrumil solankiJan 17, 20261.0I am really not happy with the service I received today at the downtown store. I came to the store at around 7:25 pm with my family to dine in. The employee told me that dine-in was not available and that only takeout was allowed. I asked because the store is open until 12:00 am, and he replied that dine-in closes at 8:00 pm. I pointed out that there was still half an hour left, after which he changed his statement and said dine-in closes at 7:30 pm. He then simply said sorry and mentioned they were doing cleaning, and that dine-in was not possible. As a result, we had to leave and go to the uptown location instead. This experience was disappointing and confusing due to the inconsistent information provided.
