  No more pup cups which is the main reason we have family outings here. We are very disappointed and will no longer be frequent customers

  No more pup cups. No reason given. My dog and I give 1 star. Service leaves much to be desired anyway.

  New to the area, I have gone to Dairy Queen drive through in Windsor 3 times this winter. Ive ordered a Skor brownie cupfection each time. The very first time, I got a nice full cup of all the ingredients. The 2nd time, I got alot less ice-cream in my cup and not much caramel. The 3rd time I had a coupon that I told them about at the drive through speaker, to get the Skor Brownie Cupfection for $5. That one was only two thirds of a cup. I wont be supporting the local Dairy Queen any longer. Im not into paying $7-$8 for an ice cream and get 65% of the treat. Ive had this experience before at similarly run fast food operations. They try to save money at the expense of not giving their customers a fair or complete portion. If they want to be CHEAP, it will be someone else getting ripped off, not me.
