Went here at 9:30 where I was turned away. It says hours were updated two weeks so either the workers were leaving early and refused customers or the website was poorly updated.

On first site the place is quite dirty. Its a combined facility so not sure who is responsible. Garbage piled up, generally dirty doorways and floors
We did a mobile order, waited at the counter. After 2 people asked what we were waiting for to which we responded the mobile order, the third person to ask informed us they had no meat and would need to refund us. This should have been addressed yhe first time before we stood waiting. We did end up still ordering something else in the meantime which was okay.
Afterwards, we decided to order two blizzards. This took quite a long time despite it not being busy at all.. and the blizzards were basically soup, completely melted, and overflowing creating a mess everywhere. Definitely no where near the "upside down" thickness a blizzard is supposed to be. We just left with our liquid blizzards, too tired to bother asking them to make more again after waiting so long.
