  I visited yesterday around 6 PM and ordered a veggie patty sandwich. While my sandwich was being toasted, the staff member was also handling another customer’s non-veg order. He then asked me for veggies without changing his gloves. When I politely asked him to change the gloves, he responded with attitude, saying he hadn’t touched anything and said “whatever,” instead of addressing the concern. This was very unprofessional and unhygienic. As a vegetarian customer, I expect basic food safety and respect. Extremely disappointed.

  I went there to get a couple sandwiches for dinner, I noticed that the foreign employees are not very professional in handling my food and not very clean. I'll never order from the branch anymore.

  I usually have good experiences here, however tonight was absolutely horrible. The man working tonight was awesome as he always is, the woman working was the issue. When the man took my order, she came over and got entirely in his way, trying to take over the sub. She put the veggies on, grabbed the knife to cut it and it had a chunk of tomato on it, she wiped it off haphazardly I could visibly see sauce on the blade, she then asked if my boyfriend and I were paying together, I said yes. When she finished his sub, she started helping the person behind us, I figured she misunderstood and thought I was paying for the 3 others that were there. When she finished it, she asked if it was separate and I said yes, I got my phone ready to pay and she walked away and finished the second persons sub, so now me, my boyfriend and this other person are waiting to pay, she comes back after finishing that sub, then walks away to finish the third persons sub. I'm beyond frustrated at this point, just wanting to pay and go home, but it doesn't stop, my boyfriend found 2 hairs is his sub. Horrible experience.
