The Asian lady (I believe her name is Maarielien, though she wasn’t even wearing a name tag) literally shouted at me for no reason. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you’re dealing with customers, the bare minimum is basic respect. Extremely disappointing experience.
