Four time in the last 30 days I have ordered coffee for my wife and I and they have tasted off. I told my wife that I think they water down the coffee. I usually only have the issue in the evenings, as I usually order my coffee in the morning and it is usually fine. That's not my main issue, yesterday my wife bought an iced coffee and it was a black coffee, sugar free vinalla and you could see clearly through the cup it was not the deep black coffee is supposed to be. She didn't realize until she got it home and tasted it, and the snow storm just started, so I decided to return it today. I ordered through the drive-thru, my regular coffee and I told the lady about my iced coffee needing to be replaced. She told me it had to be returned yesterday and she would have to ask manager, I told her I will just come in. I parked and brought the coffee in and waited for a manager, I told her what happened at drive-thru and that most of the time when I have to bring something back they won't even take the incorrect items back. And the reason I didn't bring it back was because of the snow storm. The drink wasn't consumed, only enough to tell something was wrong with it. Another lady told the manager just to remake it. When is a medium ice coffee that costs cents to make, worth losing a customer who's family spends money daily at your establishment? If you're workers where competent enough to brew new coffee or refill/replace sweetners, you would not have as many returns. I know times are hard, and people scam, but not everyone is cut from the same cloth. So if you order from this location please check your orders before leaving the parking lot, because THEY no longer want to accept replacements on orders thier workers failed to make correctly if you try to make the return the following day. The customers are possible getting the short the end of the stick, just because some of the employees are to lazy to do thier jobs correctly. Get good mcdonalds

Can confirm this is still the worst run McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Always inaccurate orders, short staffed, rushed service or lack thereof. I feel bad for the staff that work here who are kind but I literally don’t know how they stay sane. I will never go to this location again. Management and the owners of this place should really get their act together.

Food was decent, we were the only people in the restaurant (11pm) and took 15 mins for our order which is whatever, the part that bothered us was EVERY single table was dirty and the trash cans over flowing, ketchup station looked like a Dexter episode. Just really not inviting and I kind of felt like eating the food was a bad play after seeing the state of the seating area, lord only knows whats going on in the kitchen 🥲

Every time i go my burger is on some nasty old bun and the actual burger is more human hair then food, the workers need to be looked into as they clearly aren’t following some of the regulations.
