I ordered a Veggie Deluxe Box and was served soggy fries that appeared to be pre-cooked and reheated. The chalupa was also soggy and clearly not fresh. I immediately raised this concern with your staff, and although a replacement chalupa was provided, it was of the same poor quality. This experience leads me to believe that fresh food was not being prepared or served, which is a serious failure to meet your restaurant’s brand and food quality standards. I was very disappointed, especially as I was hungry late at night and had no other dining options available. I arrived around 11:20 PM and remained until approximately 11:40 PM, yet still left unsatisfied. I feel that my time and money were completely wasted. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made. I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously and would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed. I don’t expext formal apology on this complaint.

I didnt have high expectations for KFC but the fries were very old and cold. You can tell by the taste they just slapped hot gravy on top. The chicken burger was a bit stiff aswell, threw everything in the trash unfortunately.
