    First time at this restaurant. I haven't been to a KFC for over 5 years or more. Wanted to try it again. The taste is good but the memories came back with how greasy the chicken is. Still tasty.

    I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor experience I had at your restaurant last night. I ordered a Veggie Deluxe Box and was served soggy fries that appeared to be pre-cooked and reheated. The chalupa was also soggy and clearly not fresh. I immediately raised this concern with your staff, and although a replacement chalupa was provided, it was of the same poor quality. This experience leads me to believe that fresh food was not being prepared or served, which is a serious failure to meet your restaurant’s brand and food quality standards. I was very disappointed, especially as I was hungry late at night and had no other dining options available. I arrived around 11:20 PM and remained until approximately 11:40 PM, yet still left unsatisfied. I feel that my time and money were completely wasted. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made. I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously and would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed. I don’t expext formal apology on this complaint.
