    I ordered a quarter chicken dinner with steamed veggies. The chicken leg was incredibly small and not nearly as meaty as I remember from this franchise. The steamed veggies were portion was also way too small. Servercwas pleasant but forgot to bring me the usual dipping sauce. Based on the fact that this is Swiss Chalet's signature meal, that's incredibly sloppy service. Especially given the place was pretty much empty. Not impressed.

    Swiss Chalet is one of our fav places to eat. The food is delicious and the people who serve, always serve with a smile. Bernice always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met

    I often make my way here. Whether it be Solo or with my Partner, kiddos or a friend. I figured out the Quarter Chicken with white meat has substantially more meat than the dark, which makes for a more filling meal. The quarter chicken, paired with their Chalet Chicken soup, or Spinach dip, (or both) is *chefs kiss* They're also offering Chicken Parmesan now, which is also pretty good. The staff is typically nothing but Kind, polite servers. I enjoy this place. Only thing I would suggest, call and ensure theyre open during regular hours after a storm day. They are not excellent at notifying of a delayed opening,(facebook page, google or otherwise) which is inconvenient if you decide to just head in there. Other than that. Great spot.

    Went on Valentine’s Day and got in super quickly without a reservation. Immediately greeted by our server who was so polite and always nearby. Orders came out quickly and done perfectly. My partner and I got the BBQ chicken burger, absolutely fantastic. The side of coleslaw that comes with the burger is addicting. This made our Valentine’s Day, thank you and highly recommend!!

    Wendy was the best server I have had in a long time. She was very polite and fast service especially on valentines day. It was super busy and I felt like I didnt wait for a thing. Very good at her job!!
