Our family recently had dinner at East Side Mario's in Mayflower. The food was excellent, and we felt the meal offered great value for a reasonable price. Our server, Anupama, was remarkably attentive and pleasant; in fact, her outstanding service was so notable that my children pointed it out to me. They were the ones who encouraged me to ensure she received an excellent rating. Anupama deserves a raise, and her exemplary approach to customer service should be a model for her colleagues.
