In my most recent visit preceding today’s, I was told that they had no lettuce, which ended my order. Today, I walked into the building 45 minutes after open and was told “we’re closed”. In addition, absence of certain items from the menu, is a regular occurrence. Travelling to this business is not easy, so being met with frequent apathy, results in a desire to read about an ownership change. Will fill out below, but cannot rate this experience as I ordered, bought and ate nothing

Noone else in the store (until the line built up after waiting). Noone in the drive thru. Waited for more than 5 minutes for her to even take our order because she was doing something with online orders. Left without getting anything. Unlikely to go back.
