The residents noticed a sticker on the table with a bar code Treat yourself order on the app choose table service & we will bring to you showing a picture of coloured sprinkles ice cream cup. The residents got excited but when I asked the server she said the offer wasn't available :( I then had to go a try to explain to the residents why they don't get the ice cream offer because they forgot to remove all promotional stickers on various tables. I hope in the future you will have any promotional sticker /posters removed to prevent disappointment. It would have been better to have a store manager explain their mistake to the residents or to have them offered a child cone as a sorry for the mistake !
