  Gross and nothing on it. They dont have fluency and EXPECT and ask for you to leave them a tip. Super slow if youre in a rush. Do Not Recommend. Also hard to get in and out of.

  Person serving was unfriendly. Gave person ahead of me a lot/ loaded with extras in bigger sandwich than mine at same kind and price. Perhaps because I am white.

  We ordered a footlong on Italian bread, but when I got home (about 20 minutes away), I found it had been made with multigrain instead. I’m allergic to certain grains, so I couldn’t eat the sub at all. This was extremely disappointing and ended up wasting my entire evening.

  I placed an order online and went to pick it up with my 3‑year‑old child. Since my kid was asleep in the car, I went through the drive‑thru. Two of your staff members were inside, clearly seeing me through the glass, yet made no effort to acknowledge or assist me—they were busy chatting and enjoying their shift. I ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes, then had to park and wait again by the front door. Eventually, another customer noticed the situation and handed me my order. I appreciate the help from that customer, but this should never have happened.
