- BCB CalMar 24, 20261.0I ordered for a pickup, it would be ready in 20 minutes. I drive all the way there for them not to have it ready and tell me they don’t have anymore of what I ordered. I didn’t bring the card I used to pay online. The guy basically shrugged at me when I said this should have been avoided, I should have gotten some type of notification or they shouldn’t have charged my card for something they didn’t have. They had my phone number. They had my email. So I had to drive all the way back home and back again for a refund. I wasted more damn gas money than that meal cost. They didn’t even offer a sorry. A coupon. A gift card. Nothing, just shrugged. Poor customer service. This is the second poor service I had with this spot. I’m done entirely ordering from them.

This is a very serious and unacceptable issue. It clearly indicates poor hygiene practices and a violation of food safety and health standards, which poses a potential risk to customers’ health. I would like to report that Mr. Parshotam misbehaved with me during our interaction. His behaviour was rude and unprofessional, which made the situation uncomfortable. I request that this matter be taken
