My rib sandwich meat was 70% gristle and dry. I had fries and gravy for my side which was great. We were not asked how things were during our meal. I worked in customer service for over 42 years and it’s a non negotiable standard to ask how your meal is during. When approached by the male waiter at the end of our meal, he still didn’t ask how our meal was so I told him about the meal and his reply was “hmm, I’ll let the kitchen know” then he came back, passed me the debit machine. I asked him how to avoid giving a tip as the debit was set up for tips only. I didn’t tip because no discount no mention of the quality of the meal. I will return because I do like the other staff and the other food I have had is delicious BUT, this male waiter has learn that without customers, he is unemployed. Middle Ages guy, glasses dark hair

If they wanted the clients to partake, fine. Otherwise, keep it to yourself please. We were 1/2 way through eating when she came with take out dishes and asked if we wanted to take our food home with us, she stated I noticed you slowed down eating, well my friend and I were chatting, that’s why we slowed down. We t was 3:00 pm not even closing time. She then came and reached across in front of me to get my plate, not once did she ask if we wanted dessert. . Poor service.
