Holly is truly the sweetest, most helpful server I’ve encountered in a very long time. Her customer service was beyond exceptional — warm, attentive, genuine, and full of positive energy. She made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish. I honestly thought service this thoughtful and heartfelt was something you only heard about “back in the day,” but Holly proved that it absolutely still exists. She was an absolute ray of sunshine and made our entire visit better just by being herself. Swiss Chalet is lucky to have her — we’ll definitely be back! 💛

Shane came and took our order shortly after we were seated. Food was delivered faster than we expected. Shane was very efficient in his time management and kept attending to the customers. They are always smiling and chatting it up with other customers which helps the atmosphere while we wait for food.
