  The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. They made my sandwich WRONG. It had hardly any lettuce on it and 6!!! pieces of spinach and they refused to remake my sandwich and told me I WAS WRONG. It was literally just steak and cheese and not toasted like I clicked on app. The lady and male became very defensive and gave me a disrespectful tone when I asked for a new one and said they can’t and its policy which is BS cause ive had them make it again before as they can’t seem to get online orders right. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received for something they did wrong. She also then put her fingers all through my sandwich trying to show me the lettuce that you would need a microscope to see. Tell me why I would want to eat it after she put her fingers through my sandwich. Again a horrible experience.

  Food was alright .. restaurant was nothing special .. however the service alone makes me want to return.

  Terrible!! I made an order through the app, did not receive this order. Called new minas store, said no refund, they already made the subs, call doordash, who they use for deliveries. Doordash agreed they made mistake, but refund comes from store, because I used the store app. Doordash called subway new minas to confirm the refund, subway said no refund, they made the subs, no their problem after leaves the store. So I did not receive the 4 subs, or my 65 dollar refund!! Basically, they stole my money!! Then kept hanging up on my calls, I called 17 times, hung up on me each time. I waited a bit, called back, they answered, told me no manager there, even though I was already talking to the manager. I told them to get the manager on the phone. Hung up on me, finally manager called me back. Still no refund. WORST COMPANY EVER! THEIVES!!!

  Ordered delivery, my order got cancelled so I called the store. They said they could not give me any information as to why my order was cancelled and a refund takes 2-3 days. Absolutely ridiculous

  Today we visit this location, was really hungry. We say hi to their employee, and he even didn’t reply..he was really rude, even our order was not complicated, he was like mad that why we enter in the restaurant.. he spoils our mood really bad.. somebody is coming from work and wants to eat something.. that’s how your staff treats.. timing was 8:40 pm 14/dec.
