- AHA F HOct 12, 20251.0This place is racist and despicable. It was my friends first time ever trying McDonalds and the whole experience ended up being a huge dissapointment. I was excited to show my friend the experience of eating here, and to my surprise the staff approached my friend who paid for his food and was dining in, that his phone was too loud and he needed to turn it down. He felt so humiliated as he was on a video call and was not expecting such disrespect. I will be taking this complaint further than management because this should have never ever happened! Now he will never eat at this location ever again and quite frankly wants nothing to do with the McDonalds franchise. Is this what you represent? Racism against people of color? It's obvious that's what this was as the restaurant was loud and full of people. This is not a library! Disgraceful!
