Our order was taken promptly soon after we arrived… and we were then asked to take a seat and told we would be called when it was ready…and 35 minutes after arriving we received our order. There was one person in front of us picking up three orders, and a few cars going through the drive through. Fifteen minutes had passed and still no order. Not sure why it was taking so long, I went up to make sure they were still making our order and just stood and watched. Twenty minutes after placing our order I saw it sitting - unwrapped nor covered - under heat lamps for 12 minutes. Our food was not worth what we paid. The dining area, which was completely redone about 8 years ago is in need of a deep clean, refinishing of the tables and replacement of the filthy blinds in the windows. The dust and cobwebs over head just added to the dreary and sad atmosphere. I don’t blame the workers for the service, condition of the store nor the poor quality of the food. This responsibility lies with the owner of the location. The signs all point to a location that is being sadly neglected. With many other choices in the area we have no plans to return.

Considering only one person was seated and three people were waiting in line it wasn't a good experience. Not a complicated order. We won't return.

I was hungry and couldn’t be bothered going back inside. Mistake. Had food poisoning a day later and it had to be the burgers undercooked cuz that’s all I ate before getting sick. I won’t be rushing back but I’m definitely breaking every burger open now before eating and not taking anymore chances.

Gave her cash to pay for order and she dropped the coins on the ground. Spent over 20 minutes waiting on my order. The same employee above handed me drinks, which I had already gotten. Finally got my order but same employee didn't close the bag, letting all the heat escape. When I got the order home, the food was disgusting. Everything was cold. The burger was not what I ordered and didn't have the right toppings. Regret spending my money here with so many other good choices in the area. I will never eat here again, and I suggest you don't either.
