Paid for a festive meal BUT couldnt get what we wanted and guess what ? Had no chocolates at the end of the meal. They gave us extra scratch tickets to use for the 2 months BUT we have to spend more to get these "free items". No thanks. So I paid $10 more for my meal and didnt get a baked potato or chocolates. No thanks. Not at all impressed. If we had been told we could of ordered a regular meal not paid extra for festive to not get the festive. At this point dont even want to go back. My trust with Swiss chalet is gone.

The ribs on the other hand were the worst I’ve ever had, decent flavour because of the rib sauce but they were tough as shoe leather. It was the first time in 40 years I’ve ever had to use a knife to separate the ribs, they were so tough I could barely cut them. I hope Julie didn’t have to split her top with the cooks they don’t deserve a cent. Thank you Julie 🩷
