This is clearly not an occasional mistake, but an ongoing problem with workflow and management. Accuracy is the most basic requirement for a fast-food restaurant, yet this location consistently fails to meet that standard. On multiple occasions, I ordered a vegetarian burger but was given a chicken burger instead, and sometimes two items are completely missing from the order. These issues happen several times every month. If it were not for the fact that this location is close to my home, I would not continue coming here. Management seriously needs to improve staff training and order verification. Otherwise, I do not recommend using the drive-through at this location.
