  Love everything about this restaurant. If you want “fast food” but still want to eat healthy, this is a great place to choose. The menu is good and food preparation is consistent. Service is extremely fast and never disappoints, and the staff here always seems to be lovely.

  Jenna! What a delight! On a whim, LeeAnne and I went to KR Swiss Chalet today, because coupons! Eating out is expensive so even just having an option where we can have a fairly generous meal, at a non-gasp inducing price is a gift. Jenna was our server, and as above, she was a delight - friendly, engaging, and accommodating. The garlic cheese loaf was a win, as it usually is - the tomato/onion mixture was fresh and buttery. 3 chonky pieces of loaf each, for 2 bread and cheese- loving appetites. The chicken and fries were standard - the fries did not arrive as hot as I might have preferred but the gravy, as a dip for the fries, helped them to be enjoyed cold. No issues with the chicken. Dessert was a shared favorite - coconut cream pie. The pie was tasty and I definitely would have preferred more of it; A full piece would make this combo just right. May I suggest a two and dine for 35.99 and it includes 2 desserts? The deal of the day for me was the Caesars! I had 3 for under 17.00$, which is rare in these exorbitant financial times. The Caesar was a classic one, and perfectly balanced - the citrus hit my nose first; I had just sqeezed a super-fresh wedge of 🍋 over top. It was a little briny, a little tomato-y, the spice kicked in on the finish, and the celery salt closed the door on the flavor balance. I may have drank them way too fast and made a slight moan of happiness after a big, satisfying gulp. Did I mention, I love Caesars?! Thank you Swiss Chalet for an affordable meal that tastes like home, a Caesar deal that is irresistible, and Jenna, who hit the mark on the Caesars, and the service, right in the bull's eye.

  Love Swiss Chalet so much we eat there once a week. Food is great and the people who work there are really great people. Barb in particular is terrific and very welcoming. First rate service!

  Barb was a gem of a server. She was quick, attentive without hovering or pressuring. She also ensured our leftovers were able to be packed quickly. With her as my server, I’d definitely come again

  Jenna was our server and was super friendly, professional and took pride in her job. The kitchen staff did a fantastic job making our meal. Looked absolutely wonderful and the taste did not disappoint.
