  To The Owner of This Location: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and conditions at this establishment. During my recent visits, I have consistently experienced issues with order accuracy, where even the simplest requests are frequently mishandled. Furthermore, I have observed instances where reward points are deducted without the corresponding discounts being applied, resulting in overcharges. In addition to the poor service, I am deeply concerned about the unsanitary state of the restroom facilities. The strong odor of feces and the general uncleanliness pose a significant health risk, especially given the presence of children. I also witnessed unprofessional behavior among the staff, including a large group of employees engaging in casual conversation while neglecting customer needs. Moreover, I overheard members of management openly discussing an employee named Sarah in a disparaging manner within the dining area, which I found to be highly inappropriate and unprofessional. These issues collectively indicate a severe lack of attention to hygiene, customer service, training and employee conduct. I urge you to take immediate action to address these problems and ensure a more positive experience for your customers and to protect employees.

  No good, absolutely no quality co trol, got 2 burritos, there was more egg in the wrapper then the tortilla, they were shredded. Was a mess to try and eat, had to throw them out it was such a disaster of a burrito. Im going to avoid this place from now on.

  I know it’s mcdonald’s… but paying $10 for this shit. CANT even wrap a wrap!!! Nah honestly I hate this being the ‘normal’ Then people saying ‘it’s mcdonald’s what do you expect?!?’ Listen, Mcdonald’s isint even cheap anymore, if i’m paying for something, I don’t want it done half ass. This is pissing my off more than anything. I don’t even care that they didn’t give me ‘extra vegetables’ , how the hell does somebody not know how to wrap a wrap? Terrible everytime, nobody gives a shit about anything, and will hand out food that is put together half assed. Trust me, especially with this one location, I would definitely rate it less than a star

  Imagine being hungry and frustrated since the morning and meeting an awesome person cz of the same. I went to Mcd today and Div helped me order my regular, McMuffin as a combo. I got the wrong order which made me even more hangry. With extreme frustration I went to that girl again, and god i was amazed with how kind she was to my rudeness. She apologized, fixed my order instantly and had a good conversation with me. Having told her about my day she was greatly empathetic to my situation and was extremely nice to talk to. I ate my corrected order and felt so nice to have met her. Left Mcd with a satisfied hunger and soul. Much thanks to that lil sweetheart. Thanks Div, i hope you are well appreciated for all you do and did for me.

  It took nearly 20 mins to get a big nac combo. Every table was dirty in the entire restaurant, I had to go ask for a cloth. The interior of the restaurant was falling apart. The Big Mac was delicious though!
